1. General provisions

2. Delivery time

The average delivery time is 3–5 business days in Poland and most EU countries.
Orders are shipped from a European logistics warehouse.

3. Right to withdraw from the contract (14 days)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right to return, please send a declaration to the following address:

4. Return terms

Your return will be accepted if:

  • the product does not show any signs of excessive use,

  • is complete and in original condition,

  • was sent back in secure packaging,

  • was returned within 14 days of notification.

The cost of returning the parcel is borne by the customer (unless the product is defective).

5. Products excluded from return

Products cannot be returned:

  • open and used for hygiene reasons (e.g. accessories in contact with the body),

  • damaged due to the customer's fault,

  • personalized to individual order.

6. Refund

The refund will be made within 5–14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase.

7. Complaints and defective products

If the product is damaged or not as described, please send photos or video to:

We will consider the complaint within 3–7 business days.

8. Product exchange

If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different variant, model or colour, they can do so after contacting us via email.
Exchanges are possible subject to availability.
