  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped from our European logistics warehouse.

Standard delivery time is:

  • Poland: 3–5 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the carrier, holiday periods or a sudden increase in order volume.


4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed when placing your order and depend on the delivery country and shipping method chosen.
We often offer promotions on free shipping for selected countries.


5. Tracking your shipment

Every order receives tracking number, which allows you to check the status of your shipment in real time.
The tracking link is generated automatically and sent to the email address provided when ordering.


6. Incorrect address or delivery failure

The customer is responsible for providing correct address details.
In case of:

  • refusal of acceptance,

  • failure to collect the shipment on time,

the shipment may be returned to the warehouse and the customer may be charged for re-shipping.
