1. General provisions

1.3. Every customer using the store accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Definitions

Client – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making a purchase in the store.

Product – goods offered in the store.

Order – customer’s declaration of intent aimed at concluding a sales contract.
3. Terms and conditions of placing orders
3.1. The customer can place an order 24/7 via the website pelvoria.com.
3.2. Placing an order is tantamount to concluding a sales contract under the terms and conditions specified in the regulations.
3.3. The Customer is obliged to provide correct data necessary to complete the delivery.
3.4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order in the event of incorrect data or non-payment.
4. Prices and payments
4.1. All prices listed in the store are gross prices and include taxes in accordance with applicable law.
4.2. Available payment methods are:

4.3. Payment for the order must be made before the goods are dispatched.
5. Order fulfillment and delivery
5.1. The order processing time is usually 3–5 business days.
5.2. Deliveries are made within Poland and European Union countries.
5.3. Shipping costs are provided when placing the order.
5.4. The Seller is not liable for delays resulting from the fault of the carrier.
6. Returns and withdrawal from the contract
6.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
6.2. The returns policy, warehouse address, and refund terms are described in the "Returns and Refunds Policy" document.
6.3. The returned product must not show any signs of excessive use.
7. Complaints and warranty
7.1. In the event of a product defect, the customer has the right to submit a complaint.
7.2. Complaints should be sent via email support@Xeltrion. com along with a description and photo/video documentation.
7.3. Complaints are dealt with within 3–7 business days.
7.4. If the complaint is accepted, the customer will receive:

8. Seller's liability
8.1.The seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product.
8.2. The Seller is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the store caused by force majeure.
9. Protection of personal data

9.3. The data is used solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and customer service.
9.4. The Customer has the right to view, correct and delete his or her data.
10. Final provisions
10.1. The Regulations may be changed, and changes are effective from the date of publication on the website.
10.2. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
